Welcome to Docho Petcare BV ("Docho", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website and/or placing an order via our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, services and deliveries of Docho Petcare BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95376224 , located at Tijnmuiden 77, 1046AK Amsterdam. The VAT number is NL867106736B01.
1.2 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We advise you to consult these terms and conditions regularly.

2. Product information
2.1 The product information on our website has been carefully compiled. Nevertheless, inaccuracies or errors may occur. Docho cannot be held liable for the correctness, completeness or topicality of the product information.
2.2 The colours and images on the website may differ from the actual products due to various factors such as screen settings.

3. Order
3.1 You can order products via the Docho Petcare BV webshop by following the steps in the ordering process.
3.2 Placing an order on the website is an offer to conclude an agreement. Docho reserves the right to accept or refuse an order, for example in the event of inaccuracies in the order or if a product is temporarily unavailable.
3.3 Once the order has been confirmed by Docho, a binding agreement is created between you and Docho.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may be charged separately and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
4.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods indicated on the website, including iDeal, credit card, PayPal, or other available payment options.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible on the website, but are only indicative. Docho is not liable for the late delivery of products due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, delays at the delivery service).
5.2 The delivery of the products will take place at the address you have specified. You must ensure that the address is correct.
5.3 If a product is not in stock, delivery may be delayed. In that case, you will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal and return policy
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the products are unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. This right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and not to business customers.
6.2 The right of withdrawal lapses if the products, such as care products for dogs and cats (for example shampoos, sprays or other care products), have been opened. This is legally permitted for health and hygiene reasons.
6.3 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, to our returns address.
6.4 After receipt of the returned products, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days, provided that the return shipment meets the conditions.

7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1 The legal guarantee applies to the products we offer. This means that a product that is defective upon delivery or does not meet reasonable expectations will be repaired, replaced or taken back by us.
7.2 Complaints about the delivered products can be submitted via our customer service (support@docho.eu). We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.
7.3 If a product is defective, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

8. Liability
8.1 Docho is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products, unless the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Docho.
8.2 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, with the exception of damage resulting from death or physical injury.

9. Privacy and Data Processing
9.1 Docho Petcare BV respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the website and the products offered, such as images, texts, logos and brand names, belong to Docho Petcare BV or its licensors.
10.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise use any content of the website without prior written permission from Docho.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes
11.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements with Docho Petcare BV.
11.2 All disputes arising from or related to the agreement between you and Docho will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
