Dispatch

Delivery time
- Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed and delivered the next business day.
- For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: we only ship on working days.

Postage costs
- **Netherlands & Belgium**: €4.95
- **Germany**: €6.95
- **Free shipping on orders over €40** (for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track the delivery.

Returns

Free returns
At Docho Petcare we offer free returns, so you can shop with confidence.

Returns Policy
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The return shipment has been registered with us in advance via [info@docho.eu](mailto:info@docho.eu).

How does returning work?**
1. Send an email to info@docho.eu with your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. After approval, you will receive a return label and further instructions from us.
3. Pack the product carefully and return it to our address free of charge.

Refund
After receipt and approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
